Apakah untuk registrasi sertifikasi MSRA ke Microsoft via Magenta Kebon Sirih, COA Serial Number Windows XP yang telah kita beli harus di aktivasi dulu ke microsoft via internet sebelum di submit ke Magenta nya? Ataukah bisa di pass, jadi kita langsung mengirimkan data formulir MSRA beserta fotocopy KTP dan nota pembelian serta COA serial number yang belum di aktivasi lewat internet ?
