1:4 nya berapa kbps? Kalau kualitas download, jangan disangsikan. tapi itu juga tergantung bandwidth yang disewa seberapa lebar dan upstream yang tersedia berapa besar. Upstream yang terlalu kecil (sebaiknya 1/4 dari downstream) juga mempengaruhi kualitas downstream yang didapat. Untuk harga segitu kok rasanya mahal yah..
