Setau saya emang regulasi pemerintah yg menetapkan bahwa hanya telkom yang berhak untuk menggelar kabel telpon. maka nya telkom lah yg berkuasa. kalo mau usaha di bidang yg sama harus kerja sama dengan pihak telkom.
kalo enggak mau pusing , ISP bisa pake wireless. kalo maksa pake xdsl, ya bisa di pastikan bakalan kalah dengan telkom. mau gelar kabel sendiri ? apa ya boleh sama pemerintah ?
