Sudah coba update patches O/S win2000 dan Office nya, juga nga efek.

karena bad sector
ada baiknya di uninstall Officenya, kemudian di scandisk dan defrag
harddisknya baru kemudian install ulang Officenya.
Melakukan format harddisk dan install ulang mungkin lebih cepat
dibandingkan langkah diatas
