Saya biasanya mengirim mail melalui mail server sendiri. Cuman kendalanya kadang-kadang nomor IP-ku masuk ke dalam daftar CBL (anti spam), saya memakai telkomnet instan, yang mengeset nomor IP otomatis. Sehingga saya tidak bisa mengirim email melalui mailserverku sendiri. Gimana solusinya biar tidak masuk CBL? Apakah nomor IP-ku bisa saya set sendiri yaitu 61.5.100.90?
