inviting a high achieving professional, who can work in a team, to fill the 
following position for:
SYSTEM SUPPORT ASSISTANT ENGINEER
(Code: SSAE)
Purpose of the role:
To maintain the availability of file server, host and server base applications, 
including intranet and messaging system services to provide maximum 
availability of Server infra structure at PTI.
Key Role Accountabilities
  1. Maintain various Host / Server availability and reliability.
  2. Analyze and recommend techniques to optimize server/host performance, host 
/server base applications.
  3. Provide network server maintenance
  4. Ensuring server operating system security, including virus control, 
patches, and
  5. Audit and review of system performance and/or system logs
  6. Various multi user Operating System setup, integration testing and 
configuration.
  7. Participate in most aspects of on going project, including development, 
planning, product requirements, architecture, testing, and documentation

Requirements:
  1. Minimum D3 Degree in IT
  2. 2-4 years hands-on experience in IT organization
  3. Preference having MCSE (Microsoft Certified System Engineer) certification.
  4. Hands on PC/server/networking experience, including hardware installation 
and software support
  5. In depth knowledge of Window NT/2000/2003 Server and Workstation, MS 
Exchange, MS Cluster Server, MS Terminal Server/Citrix, and MS SQL Server

TELECOMMUNICATION ANALYST
(Code: TA)
Purpose of the role:
To be responsible for analyzing and designing networks carrying data, voice and 
facsimile traffics and also to evaluate, select, install and maintain data and 
voice hardware and software and also to resolve telecommunication problems and 
provide appropriate support service to maintain a maximal level of availability 
of telecommunication facilities and services at PTI.

  1. Lead the installation, upgrade, operation and maintenance of 
telecommunication facilities.
  2. Evaluate and procure telecommunication equipment, software supplies/ 
service
  3. Monitor and review telecommunication performance and service quality
  4. Provide appropriate support service to maintain a maximal level 
availability of the telecommunication services
  5. Provide high level diagnostic of telecommunication problem, ability solve 
problem quickly and completely
  6. Continuously improve PTI telecommunication infrastructure and service

Requirements:
  1. Minimum D3 Degree in IT, IT, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial 
Engineering ( prefer S1).
  2. 2-3 years hands-on experience in IT organization,
  3. Has strong knowledge of private telephone systems and networks. 
Understands telephone integration in wide area networks. Understands public 
telephone system interconnection requirements.
  4. Understands the operation and maintenance of a registered earth station 
and other satellite communication
  5. Has strong knowledge of wide area network, voice and data communications 
technologies
  6. Has expert knowledge of WAN networking protocols and with configuration 
and management of various voice, data, facsimile and video
  7. Requires strong knowledge and experience in supporting the various 
hardware and software components in the company telecommunication network such 
as PBX, multiplexer and router
  8. Ability to solve problems quickly and completely. Ability to use 
appropriate tools to identify and quickly troubleshoot telecommunication 
related problems. Ability to coordinate multiple vendors in problem 
determination effort

SENIOR SYSTEM ANALYST
(Code: SSA)
Purpose of the role:
The Senior System Analyst provides leadership, co-ordination and direction for 
the Application support team. Working hand in hand with the business analyst, 
this position is responsible to deliver the technical solution to specific 
business problems/issues. In order to make the collaboration works, This 
position is responsible in establishing and maintaining required 
infrastructures and standards, including the software development life cycle 
and quality assurance, which are needed for high quality application 
development and support. In addition to that, reviewing the new technology in 
automation and application development which is technically and economically 
feasible and might have added values to the company business will also in 
his/her working coverage..
Key Role Accountabilities
  1. To provide short term and long term direction and plan for establishing a 
solid and reliable infrastructure which is needed to deliver valuable 
information to users in order to improve the current business practices. This 
will include the plan for the application development platform and framework 
adoption and the establishment of Quality Assurance plan, standard and tools
  2. To optimize the available methodology and technology in delivering 
technical solution for specific business problems. In doing so, the incumbent 
needs to technically assess the feasibility of the implementation of certain 
software/hardware technology so that the solution can satisfy user's 
expectation. In addition to that, the incumbent need to have


  sufficient knowledge of IT compliance so that the proposed solution will also 
comply to existing rules and regulations
  3. Establishing a working synergy with the other IT sections, especially with 
the business analyst group in order to continuously improve the current 
business practice.
  4. To coordinate the support activities for available applications in order 
to minimize the application outages, by executing proper application life cycle 
plan.
  5. To continuously seek for the proper technology and IT innovation which are 
feasible and have added values for the business
  6. Advocate for I.T. with regards to enforcing standards and policies (I.T. 
Watchdog).
  7. Involved in the preparation and execution of I.T. Plans.

Requirements:
  1. Minimum D3- Degree in Computer Science/IT (preferable S1)
  2. 3 years working experience with programming skills & Object Oriented 
Analysis and Design or 5 years experience in Full Software Development Life 
Cycle and Application support
  3. Experienced in the SDLC and OOAD field
  4. understanding in writing technical report, good presentation skill, 
delivering process improvement.
  5. Good knowledge on how to manage an IT project

SNR SUPERVISOR END USER COMPUTING
( CODE : SSEU)
Purpose of the role:
To manage end user computing facilities at PTI providing highly reliable and 
cost effective support and services.
Key Role Accountabilities:
  1. Evaluation, planning, design, documentation and implementation of all 
forms of End User Computing. Some examples include PCs, client software and PC 
related peripheral equipment.
  2. Proactively assists the business unit in achieving their goals by 
continually recommending improvements in practice, optimizing the application 
of information technology to the business, maintaining a high level awareness 
of developments in information technology and recommending/implementing 
solutions to business problems.
  3. Development and maintenance of a strong asset management program including 
the management of software licenses.
  4. Maintain PTI End User Computing policies as well as an awareness of the 
laws and regulations governing the Indonesian computing industry ensuring that 
PTI management is aware of actual or potential violations or conflict.
  5. Manage relationship of internal/external service provider to maximize 
contribution to PTI objectives. This can include performance management, status 
meetings, and problem escalation and support agreement administration.
  6. Provide effective service delivery and problem management services that 
meet or exceed SLA's. Provide regular reports that measure performance.
  7. Project planning, management and task execution for area projects and for 
components of company wide system projects.
  8. Advocate for IT with regards to enforcing standards and policies (IT 
Watchdog).
  9. Develop End User Computing budget, track costs and ensure accurate cost 
redistribution.

Requirements:
  1. S1 degree majoring in Information Technology, Computer Science or other 
related
  2. Minimum 5 years working experience in end users computing support include 
2 years in supervisory
  3. Having IT IL Certified with strong knowledge & skills in Asset Management, 
Windows NT, Networking.
