Dear all

kami Warnet di surabaya selatan
kami ada keluhan dari speedy yang sangat membuat kami pusing karna setaip kali 
laporan sudah hampir 1 bulan belom ada tangapan dan hanya janji2 manis oprator 
147 yang menjengkelkan

kami merasa di rugikan oleh telkom karna di saat warnet kami penuh conesinya 
donw,kami merasa capek,kenapa  bila mecofirmasikan tagihan selalu aktif tapi 
bila ada keluhan tidak di tangapin

mohon  bantuan kepada teman2 apakah saya harus ganti conesi atau bagai mana?
