Untuk processor Intel P4, PINUX dapat diinstall langsung, yang perlu dilakukan adalah:
- Pastikan Hardisk pada posisi kabel Primary - Master. - CDrom/CDrw pada Secondary - Master. Lalu install CD pinux pada komputer ybs, dengan mengetik printah 'nuke'.
