Saya heran fungsi dari BRTI nggak jelas, bukannya mengaccelerate pertumbuhan telekomunikasi. Malahan 'beramtem mulu' sama operator terutama Telkom bukannya biaya BRTI dari deviden Telkom juga. Apa nggak ada kerjaan lain yang lebih inovative.... salam
