kalo sudah akses lelet dan sering disconnect ujung2nya konsumen juga yang dirugikan. masih inget kasus banjir di jakarta? apa sudah memenuhi sarat kompensasi buat pelanggan? kalo sudah konsumen dirugikan mau ngadu kemana? ylki? dirjen postel? pemerintah? paling 2 kita semua cuma bisa berdoa,memohon, dan bersimpuh moga2 internet kembali normal, terkesan seolah2 sesudah berlangganan speedy plug and pray, bukannya plug and play :)
