kalo anda ga punya ITKP, maka anda harus jadi reseller ITKP tersebut. Kalo ga
ya ilegal. VoIP yg dimaksud adalah komunikasi ke PSTN maupun celular.

Tokoh milis ini pernah nyoba VoIP di amrik pake protokol SIP dengan perangkat
berbentuk phone adapter katanya cuman ngabisin 18-20 kbps up dan 18 - 20 kbps
down. Suaranya jernih dan delaynya kaga kerasa.
