mungkin dr koneksi kabel telkomnya om, udah coba cek blum..minta tolong ke TTL
telkom(kontraktor luar telkom)...ato instalan nya yg korupt kali...aq juga
kadang putus gt aq cal telkom katanya g masalah, trus itu nyari TTL buat cek
lapangan dan benerin kabel yg rusak
