Saya memakai bandwidth meter DU Meter v. 4 dan "muncul terus di permukaan" sehingga terbaca berapa bandwidth yg diperoleh dari saat ke saat. Parameter lambat yang saya pakai bukan CIR(Committed Information Rate), tetapi berapa yang saya peroleh selama sebelum promosi diadakan (20 ~ 40 kBps) dan berapa yg saya peroleh sekarang ini (kurleb 10 kBps). Ada perbedaan yg sangat terasa. Saya memakai speedy personal di rumah (saya tdk punya warnet). Btw, benarkah CIR Speedy personal hanya 16 kbits? Dalam pemahaman saya ini berarti hanya 2 kBps ?
