Mudah sekali !
Cukup gunakan Bandwidth Controller 0.31b (beli di Mangga Dua). Versi terbaru
justru bermasalah dengan Windows Firewall. Jadi saya gunakan versi ini saja.
Dengan software ini, bisa dibatasi penggunaan berdasarkan TCP/IP, dan Port.
Serta bisa diset priority tiap rule.
Tips : Cari tahu IP mana yang menggunakan download manager, batasi port 80
(HTTP) hingga speed tertentu, atau semua PC dibagi rata speed browsing dan
download-nya.
