We need Application Engineers with Networking Knowledge for our globally
present Client.

intelligent infrastructure - reducing downtime, increasing productivity and
enhancing asset utilization and security.
Brief Job Scope of Application Engineer (Pre & Post Sales):
1. To provide pre-sales and post sales support to our Partners and Customers
and this includes but not limited to:
a. Designing of iTRACS solution.
b. Generate quotation.
c. Provide technical/sales write out of proposal and articles.
d. Conduct technical/sales presentation and demonstration.
e. Assist in technical/sales queries for tender compliance.
f. Provide technical/sales supporting.
g. Providing update on our latest development.
2. Conduct Technical Training course for Partners and Customers and this
includes but not limited to:
a. Fine tuning training module to improve and localizing it.
b. Setting up and maintaining the training centre.
c. Provide on site training.
3. To provide monthly report to Regional Sales Director ~ Asia Pacific Region.
Requirements:
1. Position is based in Mumbai.
2. Degree or Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering or Marketing
Communication related discipline.
3. Process CISCO CCNP if not CCNA and Microsoft MCSE certificated.
4. Should process exceptional interpersonal communication skills including
oral, written, negotiation and presentation skills.
5. Have experience sales support oriented (i.e. pre and post sales support).
6. Prefer someone with good exposure in Network Management having design,
configured, installed, managed and support of production networks in an
enterprise setting, and as such programmed switches (i.e. SNMP)
7. Has experience installing, managing and administering network management
products (i.e. VB Scripting) and has lived through the installed and usage of
such software systems.
8. Experience with Cable Management Software (CMS) or Structural Cabling System
is a plus.
9. At least 4 to 5 years of relevant working experience
10. Have pleasant personality with high level of resourcefulness, drive,
initiative, integrity and creativity.
11. Able to work independently
12. Must process great working attitude.
