You can use a component like asptear for this or use xmlhttp

http://www.google.com/search?q=screenscraping+asp

Will give you a hole lot texts about how to do this and what your options
are.

Subject: [AspClassicAnyQuestionIsOk] ASP query

Hello there,

I am currently learning how to use asp, and, with some help,
trying to write my own asp.

There is a query.asp in our website for searching html pages, and
on the page I'm creating, I want to use part (but not all) of the
info generated by the query.asp. That part I want to use is a counter
counting all the html pages matching the search requirement.

I am a bit lose, because it seems to me that to get that info, I
need to call the query.asp (not just a link to, but to POST it) and
get the result... and I don't need all, but just a small bit of it.

Any help will be much appreciated!

Thanks

Kelly
