You can combine
http://www.learnasp.com/learn/security1.asp
and
http://www.learnasp.com/learn/server2.asp
and keep domain name info in the Database.

Those 2 examples and:
http://www.learnasp.com/learn/authenticate.asp
will tell you everything you need to know.
