Hi, I need to access another Web-site from mine, by supplying the UserName and Password programatically instead of explicitly typing them, so that its USERNAME AND PASSWORD IS NOT KNOW TO THE USER OF OUR SITE.
The Target Website uses Pop-Up Netscape Authentication. I have been able to log in to that Site by supplying the reqd authentication by :- http://username:[EMAIL PROTECTED] PROBLEM IS : The Target Website has some confidential Info for Download, and the Text on the Download Link reveals the Username and Password which should be hidden from the USER. HOW CAN I HIDE THIS INFO FROM THE USER. I CAN'T USE ENCODE/ DECODE METHOD SINCE I HAVE NO CONTROL ON THE TARGET WEBSITE. IS THERE SOME OTHER WAY TO SUPPLY USERNAEME AND PASSWORD INFO TO THAT SITE.
