First, disable friendly HTTP errors within your browser so that you can get a 
more technical error:
 
In IE: Tools --> Internet Options --> Advanced --> Uncheck "Show friendly HTTP 
errors"
 
Hit refresh or F5 and let us know what error you recieve.
 
Also, did you create a virtual directory for your application?
