I tried to do that but it didn't work
so the next thing itried was

but this too is giving an error as

sure that the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the
server on which the file resides.
i think i am giving the right path.

You are not specifying a connection string while trying to open your
connection. That's what the error means.
