Greetings,
 
I picked up this book - ASP Programming for the absolute beginner - and I think 
there must be something missing from the example code because the value entered 
into the field does not get displayed on the results page.  It looks like the 
code on the results page is correct but I can't say about the other page since 
I am an absolute beginner.  I am using XP Pro which is not mentioned in the 
book.
 
I did not see this book on the good ASP books list so maybe it is poor. 
Comments on that?
 
Below are the two "files" straight from the authors CD and their content.  Is 
there something missing?  The next example uses similar code syntax and does 
not work either.
