Hi all i have a SQL 2000, it run perfectly on the local and my ASP
can connect to the Database without a problem at all..
the problem is when i want to remotely connect to the SQL server VIA
internet ( TCP/IP ).
i have set the server network utility to listen to port 1433
and also set the client utility network to broadcast thru 1433...
but still can't do...turn off the firewall also can't, almost
everything i done also can't
please help..i need to manage the sql server remotely..
the os of the SQL server is WINXP profesional SP 2..
