You will never solve the "unsafe control" problem as Microsoft is
aware that Active-X controls can be very unsafe -- IE after SP2 will
always label them unsafe.

Other browsers will not even run Active-X controls, so how is that an
effective way to persent your resume builder site. A JavaScript or
DHTML way can show in all browsers if done well.

which Masked Edit? There are several.

is one of them for example. Where did you get your maksed edit control from?
