Correct me if I'm wrong. If that's the case, a better way of doing it would be a table for the questions, a table for the respondents, and a table for the answers. The questions table contains the questions and an ID for each of them, so 2 or so fields, the respondents table contains basic information about the respondent, and an ID, and the answers table contains a question ID, respondent ID and an answer for each question and respondent.
