Or better install it to your user directory for testing, i'd even recommend that, instead of changing system setup without knowing if errors still persist. Hm sounds like the missalignment bug when replacing word is londger or shorter than the misspelled, especially if the new word contains space char. For this version 0.50.3 contains a workaround fixing the allignment thing. It does not respell the line.
