Hi, There exists no .exe file for any language, it's ending is something related to aspell, but no .exe. On http://tkltrans.sf.net you can find an .aff/.dic pair for old and new german orthography (combined). You must convert them to an aspell usable file, and then you have, what you want. Aspell users guide explains, how to convert oO .dic/aff pair into aspell dicionary format.
