No. I mean the doc. with the source of the Aspell dictionary package.
If you are using a Linux distribution you should be able to find it in
/usr/share/doc/aspell-en or something similar. Or you can download and
unpack the dictionary package itself available at
ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/aspell/dict/en
