[aspell] Build under IRiX64

Ok, I'me feeling stupid, bu build fails under IRiX64 
because of an error in the header of editdist.cc
it is looking for #include <cstring>
but i dont know what the <cstring> should be replaced with to make it function. 
I hope this is simple.
