Nothing special to know about using frames w/asp.net.
What would be the benfit of using frames?
If you are looking to have common navigation on every page, it's super
easy with the new nav controls in asp.net 2.0.
Also, I have found that people appreciate the fact that when they
bookmark a specific page on your site that when you return to the
bookmark it takes you to the same page, instead of the root of the
website.
