Config reads a hierarchy.... Your app is part of an enviroment... in this
case the machine, so machine configuration takes part in configuration.
In any case, this should not bother you, you should only really be using
settings you defined for your app. Yoou can also define custom .config files
and use them, but thats unnessarily complex me thinks for most cases.
