back which discusses this.  Parts aren't applicable b/c they depend on Sql

Not sure if puts in the xml header for you, but that is easy enough to test.
I would imagine it does.

In terms of the XSD, that is only needed to validate the schema, if you are
creating and consuming it using the .NET objects, there is no need to do
this.
