In application_Onstart, create a new thread that will do the email sending.

Calculate the time from now to the time the email is supposed to be sent.

call Thread.Sleep( diff in time )

When the thread wakes up, it will send the emails.

Cheers!
Dave

Subject: [AspNetAnyQuestionIsOk] How to schedule sending an email

I'm trying to figure out a way to query an Access
table and send an email if certain criteria is met.
This has to happen every morning automatically.

I don't think my ISP is going to let me futz with any
  schedulers on their server.

  Any ideas? Something like Sleep?
