(almost) everything is possible in the datagrid. Justification certainly is.  

Remember a grid control (just like every other asp.net control) is
just putting out html.  So you can use all the things you use in
formatting html, you just need to see where they are set.

The key here are the ItemStyle settings on your column...

<asp:BoundColumn ItemStyle-HorizonitalAlign="Right">

</asp:BoundColumn>

you can also use a css style

<asp:BoundColumn ItemStyle-CssClass="CoolGrid"
ItemStyle-HorizonitalAlign="Right">

</asp:BoundColumn>
