Using a Word automation object with the printer driver yes. Using Word automation is probably the best way to get the most accurate results.
There is also another utility I just found with some googling which might do the job without MS Word installed if your input is a .rtf. http://www.convertzone.com/net/cz-abc%20amber%20text2image%20converter-rtf-j pg.htm To do what you want using just the built in .Net classes is probably impossible or very hard.
