This usually happens in one of three cases:
a) you have a coding error in the file you are working on, usually a
badly formed if-then or loop
b) you have not properly declared the object that you wish to use with
intellisense, or it is not accessible in the scope you are using it in
c) you are refering to another class that you created and that class
has a compilation error

If you try to compile I bet you will find you have a compilation error
somewhere.
