Give me an Idea,
I want to develop a menu bar, Where user can add their own menus with related
link,
No matter what language they r using, it should work with all commonly used
internet
language like (asp,c#, vb.net,jsp,txt,cfm,pl,cgi,php,phtml..etc.)
I mean it should be a COM or something,
so people just have to add the reference, and can accesses all the methods .
Is it possible in C# (or have to be in VC++ only )
