I like YahooGroups but I love the Tribe.net UI and the way you interact with groups, peoples, jobs, classified, etc. and the great UI.

If you have not tried Tribe.net I highly recommend it. It is the UI and feature set YahooGroups will be copying in next few years but always behind. Its "My Tribe" feature is much nicer than "MyGroups". Don't get me wrong. I will be active on both YahooGroups and Tribe.net -- but those who have not tried Tribe.net it rocks for dealing with people and groups and many other social and technical matters.
