I spent one night last year looking for such a beast. At that time the only free XML feed was from the Seattle Post Intelligencer and it only had Marniners scores.
The only other source I could find was a subscription source: http://www.xmlteam.com/ which has everything, but was more than I wanted to spend for just showing scores.
