Yeah I looked in there and the only JS files are un crystalreporst webform viewer. I mean this is the only site on the same machine I have the problems with. All the other sites work without issues. And the prompt comes up but you can hit cancel and view the page so it is not needing the password to get in but just tosses it up for no apparent reason........
