Quick question.
Should I be using Application.Lock()/Application.Unlock() for:
protected void Application_Start(Object sender, EventArgs e)
{
Application["conn"] = ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings.Get
("ConnectionString");
Application["Title"] = ConfigurationSettings.AppSettings.Get("Title");
}
