Somebody else just suggested this book to me; it is on order and probably
getting soaked on my doorstep as we speak. :-)

Another book all of you might want to consider is

"Head First Design Patterns". The sample code is in Java, but the
explanations are really good. So you can easily apply the theory to your
language of choice.

Travis,

Thanks! I'm using design pattern to design an application and I've
done a lot of searches and read some articles. The references you
sent to me will definitely help.

Keep in touch!

Keep me in the loop Eva; maybe we can use each other to bounce architecture

Travis,

I'm looking for a good design patterns book. I'm a C# programer.
Could you recommend me a book or books about patter design?

Thanks!

Eva

I have a VB guy in my group that doesn't get object orientated stuff well.
I do but I am a Java and C# coder. I understood OO design only after
reading design patterns books but again all of mine are in C# or Java. Do
any of you VB.Net guys or gals have the names of good VB books to help him
move away from his 25 years of procedural programming? Thanks much.
