Why U do not ...

Create only one instance of your Class XZY in a
module. And place your class in Class

in ClassXZY.vb

Public Class ClassXZY
        Public XZY
End Class

In Module1.vb

Module Module1
        Public  InstanceOfXZY as new ClassXZY
End Module

And U should replace this instance in everywhere that
you create an instance of Class XZY and forgot to
check it exist or not.

Private Function CallInstance() as string

       return InstanceOfXZY.XZY()

End Sub
