First you shouldn't build any HTML in your code behind.  Code behind is for
just that Code behind the presentation.  Keep them separate.  As for the CSS
stuff... the browser handles the styles... all it cares about is at render
time that there is a class, id, or element referenced and renders it
appropriately.  This is client side handled by the browsers.  That's why
Fire Fox, IE, and Netscape all render a little differently.
