One table:
CallPersonID CallPersonName CallPersonInfo
IsActive(more or less)

next table:
CallPeriodID BeginDayOfWeek EndDayOfWeek BeginTime
EndTime (you might want to use bytes 0-6 for DayOfweek
so that you can calculate stuff or sort)

and assuming it is a many slots to many CallPersonID
next table:
CallListID CallPersonID CallPeriodID
