Yeah, it's a tough call, but when you get a vague request like
this, I find the best response is a terse one. Throw some resources at
'em, and if they're serious, theyll take it and ask pertinent
questions.
Besides, language differences can be a major barrier in
widespread groups like these. It's easy to miscommunicate, so a little
extra patience goes a long way. Not that I'm a sterling example of
that, but it's still good policy :)

Good call Pete; I will make sure I do that next time. I thought about
doing that on this one but I didn't fully understand which step the user
was asking about. The request covered everything from data collection
to the data layer. :-) At any rate I try to point them to a common
