I have written a console application that creates zip files using the open
source CSharpZipLib library. I create the zip files in a stage directory
and when it is finished I copy them into the production directory for
another process to take over. At the end of my FileInfo copyTo I try and
delete the contents of the stage directory and the directory its self with
the FileInfo.Delete() and the DirectoryInfo.Delete(true) commands and I am
getting this error below. I have closed all of my streams used to create
the files. Is there a way I can force the release of this file? I have no
idea what is holding it as open by the process. Thanks.

The process cannot access the file
"b1d85963-966a-4d79-b92c-53d7eeb3ccb3.zip" because it is being used by
another process.
