Hi Sheetal,
  I think it is your SQL Server Problem. Firstly check your Sql Server security 
by right clicking the sql database and go to properties choose security tab and 
check if authentication mode should be SQL Server and windows. And then run 
your application. If u found any error. Let me know and send me the zip file of 
your code.
