Do you have .net on? You can check by going start > setting > control panel > Add remove programs > Left side choose Add/Remove components then highlight application server, then choose "details" at the bottom. Make sure ASP.NET is checked if not check it then select ok. We ran into this problem as well after turning it on all was well.
