Well you are on a .net list so I am assuming you have chosen one of the .Net languages. This dictates the hosting environment as well.
You will need to learn HTML and even CSS. There are good introduction tutorials at www.w3schools.com The server side coding is .Net (C#, VB.Net, J#, etc.) and you will need a data store such as SQL Server or mySQL. This will require you to know SQL (Transact-SQL) which is the database query language. Which is also listed on that www.w3schools.com site. If you want to do any client (Browser) scripting JavaScript on the same site is another tutorial you will need to learn and then lastly the .Net server side coding tutorials I learned from were located at http://www.asp.net/Tutorials/quickstart.aspx. I am sure there are many others who have .net tutorial sites they can suggest too. Your question covers a wide range and this didn't even get into the graphics stuff you will need to know.
