Productive volunteers are "gifted" with books and software by Charles after they accumulate a few sucesses and are recognized formally on: http://learnasp.com/learnasp/serverteam.aspx When your resume demands some server admin experience Charles and/or Carlos will give appropriate job references as needed comensurate with the quality of your volunteer work.
